Payment & Cancellation Policy

1. Payment Terms
1.1 The fee for the online smart home consultation is £45, payable in full at the time of booking. Payment must be made through our online booking platform, which accepts major credit/debit cards or other listed payment methods;
1.2 Once your payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with details of the scheduled consultation, including date, time, and any instructions for preparation;
1.3 The consultation will be conducted online via video conferencing software (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.). It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate software and a stable internet connection for the session;
2. Cancellation & Refunds
2.1 Our Cancellation & Refund Policy for client-initiated cancellations is as follows:
2.1.1 Within 48 hours of the consultation: If you cancel the consultation within 48 hours of the scheduled time, no refund will be provided;
2.1.2 Before 48 hours of the consultation: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund;
2.1.3 No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
2.2 If Luxeia needs to cancel or reschedule the consultation for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the timing of the cancellation. You will also have the option to reschedule the consultation to another time at no extra cost.
3. Rescheduling
3.1 Clients are allowed to reschedule a consultation more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time, subject to availability. No additional fee will be charged for rescheduling if done within this timeframe. Consultations cannot be rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment.
5. Additional Terms
5.1 If you are late for the consultation, the session will proceed for the remaining scheduled time only, and no refund or extension will be provided.
5.2 It is the client’s responsibility to ensure proper connectivity for the consultation. If the consultation cannot proceed due to technical difficulties on the client’s end, this will be treated as a no-show unless rescheduling was arranged more than 48 hours prior to the session.
