Smart support plans that are specifically designed for smart homes
Your smart home isn't the only thing full of smart technology and fancy automations. We have a variety of automated process' and systems setup to ensure your smart home is well maintained. If you are on one of our support plans your smart home will be cared for by an active health monitor. This health monitor is constantly checking over your system to ensure there are no errors, and that all of your components are working as expected. If any errors occur we will be notified immediately in the hope that we can resolve the issue before you even notice.

Maintain your smart home with our aftercare plans
You have two options to choose from when it comes to aftercare. Both plans include your annual service, so when the time comes you will receive an email where you can book in your service on a day that best suits you. Remote access is also included in both plans, so you can control your home from anywhere in the world, and integrate your voice assistants.
