Technical Director & Co-Founder

Connor spent seven years in the live events industry as a technical specialist, working across sound, lighting, AV, and networking for large-scale productions. During that time he designed and implemented the internal network infrastructure that powered his department's entire technical operation, experience that directly informs how Luxeia builds smart home systems that are genuinely reliable from the ground up. That background, combined with a natural curiosity and a refusal to walk away from a problem unsolved, makes Connor the person you want leading the technical side of your project. He specialises in system programming and automation logic, the complex work that turns a collection of smart devices into a home that thinks for itself. Clients describe him as knowledgeable, friendly, and endlessly patient. He takes the same pride in getting the details right on a £75,000 installation as he does on any project, because for Connor, the standard is the standard.

Tez Errington

Operations Director & Co-Founder

Tez spent over 10 years as a Technical and Production Manager in theatre and live events, overseeing a team of 12 and delivering hundreds of productions across three venues. That role demanded absolute precision in planning, logistics, and people management, because in live production, things have to work first time, every time. He brings exactly that discipline to every Luxeia project. When Tez decided to move into smart homes, it wasn't a sideways step, it was a deliberate choice to take his skills somewhere more challenging, more personal, and more rewarding. He wanted work that genuinely stretched him, and smart home integration has delivered that in abundance. On site, Tez is the reason projects run on time, on budget, and without drama. He's the first to spot a problem and the last to walk away without solving it.
