Refer a Friendto Luxeia

Existing and former Luxeia clients. Luxeia staff, sub-contractors and trade partners on a separate arrangement cannot take part, nor can their close relatives, and neither can people referring themselves or their own household.

New installation and project contracts. Support plans, annual services, callouts and remote configuration sessions do not earn a reward. There is one reward for each new client, on their first project contract.

No. The reward scales with the agreed project price, up to the cap.

Someone with no enquiry, quote or project with Luxeia in the previous 24 months.

In writing, using the form or by emailing info@luxeia.co.uk, and naming your friend, before or when they first contact us. A phone call on its own cannot be counted, and we cannot count introductions made after the fact.

Your reward is based on the agreed price at signing, so later changes do not affect it, up or down.

The programme does not change your friend's contract, price or service. It is a thank-you to you.

Yes, once per referral, before the reward is paid or applied. Credit goes on your Luxeia account for a support plan, a future project or additional works. It is valid for 24 months, has no cash value and cannot be transferred.

If the contract is cancelled or the deposit refunded, reversed or recalled before your reward is paid, no reward is due. If it happens within 90 days after your reward is paid or applied, we may reclaim it.
