Our Chalfont project
Our largest published project is a seven-bedroom, three-floor rebuild in Chalfont. With the house stripped back, we wired everything from scratch: smart lighting throughout, 32 underfloor heating zones with integrated towel rails, air conditioning control, seven perimeter cameras and a video doorbell, alarm integration, 13 zones of multi-room audio including the garden, motorised blinds and Velux windows, and a fibre network to tie it all together. The project value was £50,000 ex. VAT.

Common questions
Can you work alongside our builder and electrician?
Yes. We can provide a cabling design for your electrician to follow at first fix, then complete second fix, programming and commissioning ourselves.
Can you integrate an existing alarm or gate?
Usually. On our Chalfont project we integrated a third-party installed Texecom alarm. We confirm what can be integrated during the survey.
Do you cover Buckinghamshire and the Chilterns?
Yes. We are based in the North East and work across the UK, with most of our projects in London and the South East. That includes Buckinghamshire and the Chilterns. Travel and accommodation costs for projects outside our local area are agreed transparently before contract.
